In USA she worked at Bayer HealthCare, analyzing the effectiveness of their digital strategy and recommending an eCRM strategy for BayerAspirn. She also single handedly build the digital analytics capability for USPS’s “change of address portal”. At Mullen she heads the Campaign Insights team that has been instrumental in growing Zappos.com, USCellular, Lenovo & Jet Blue business by leveraging digital and advanced analytics. She is very passionate about merging learnings from digital, audience behavior and research to drive clients business.
