Luis Caballero is the CEO of BLiNQ Media, the leading innovator in social engagement advertising. He is responsible for general control and supervision of the day-to-day operations and management of BLiNQ Media across all departments and offices.

Formerly COO & CTO, Luis has been a tremendous asset to BLiNQ, helping to drive the company’s evolution from a services-focused business into a full-fledged technology and media company and major force in the social advertising space. Luis built a first-class development and product team, and has been the leader in creating, launching and evolving BLiNQ’s flagship technology, the BAM platform. He has also been instrumental in creating and nurturing our relationship with Facebook and other social media players, in addition to playing a pivotal role in the acquisition discussions with Gannett.

Before joining BLiNQ, Luis served as a technology leader for Vitrue, a social media management tool provider. In addition, Luis brings to BLiNQmore than 10 years of expertise in business intelligence and data warehousing of analytical data, having held similar positions at AT&T, GE Energy, and McKesson prior to jumping into the start-up world.
