As Director, Global Marketing and Brand Management, Hilary leads global marketing to support the New Balance brand and product line. This includes managing advertising, brand equity, cause-related marketing, public relations, channel marketing, integrated marketing, and in-house creative services department.
Prior, she was responsible for managing global equity, advertising and packaging for P&G’s $750MM Venus brand. She led the First Moment of Truth strategy and Shopper Based Design efforts for the $3B Anti-Perspirant , Personal Cleansing , Blades & Razors, and Shave Care product portfolios and the N. A. launch of the Fusion brand, named the #1 CPG launch in 2006.
